Tae Kwon Do Programs
Tae Kwon Do:
Tae Kwon Do is a style of martial arts from South Korea which is known for self-defense. It helps build a physical attribute as well as strong character traits from the five tenets of Tae Kwon Do:
- Courtesy
- Integrity
- Perseverance
- Self-Control
- Indomitable Spirit.
This class will help develop self-defense skills as well as mental strength, focus, self-confidence, physical health & flexibility. In this class you will learn forms, one steps, grab defenses & various drills to build up your skills & physical fitness. The class is instructed by Joshua Jordan (2nd-degree Black belt).
Tae Kwon Do Cardio Kickboxing:
Tae Kwon Do Cardio Kickboxing combines Martial Arts techniques with cardio; it includes one-steps, grab defenses, drill and some Tae Kwon Do form. This class is designed for all skill levels. It will help build stamina, coordination & flexibility. This class will help boost confidence & self-esteem while relieving stress. Have fun & feel great with this total body workout.
