Residents living & parking on the following streets may apply for a residential parking permit:

• Prior Avenue
• Maple Court
• Hollywood Court
• Streets in University Grove
• Streets in Falcon Woods

Residents living on Larpenteur Avenue that wish to park on Tatum, Lindig, or Prior may also apply for a residential parking permit.

• By mail: Send the completed permit application and check to the following address. Please make checks payable to City of Falcon Heights.

• Via email: Send the completed permit application to mail@falconheights.org. You can arrange to provide a check by mail to City Hall, or indicate that you would like to pay online and staff will contact you with payment instructions.

• In-person: Come to City Hall during business hours. Payment can be made via check, cash, or credit card.

Staff will process your permit application and payment as we receive it and send your parking permit by mail. Once you receive the permit, please make sure to display the permit visibly on your vehicle's dashboard whenever parking on the street.
