Amber Union, formerly known as the TIES Building, on the southwest corner of Larpenteur and Snelling, was approved for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) in June of 2019. As part of the project, the historic building was restored and repurposed for office-use and mixed-use (affordable residential and commercial uses).
