Summer Program Cancellations
Community Statement – May 8, 2020
To our Falcon Heights community:
Due to the ongoing uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Falcon Heights has made the difficult decision to cancel the city’s summer programs. If you or a member of your household is registered for a recreation program, you will receive a full refund in the form of a check.
This was not an easy decision. The safety of our community is a priority. We understand that our summer programs bring joy to the families in our community. Canceling all programs is in the best interest of everyone to keep our residents and staff safe. Furthermore, playgrounds and courts will remain closed. You may still utilize the trail at our parks while maintaining appropriate social distancing guidelines. The Community Park Building will not be accepting reservations for the summer.
Our community is a strong and caring one, and we are confident that we will get through this. Please continue to stay safe and monitor www.falconheights.org for updated information and resources.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me by email at email@example.com or by phone at 651-792-7611.
